Indians Game

Today we headed up to Jacob's Field to watch an Indians game with a lot of Kris' side of the family. It was a lot of fun and the rain held off until the LAST minute. We left at the bottom of the 8th inning when the sky started looking like "rain." We were literally 1 minute from the van when the rain started POURING down. I feel so bad for all the people who didn't make it their cars because it was a pounding hard rain. We saw numerous people soaked from head to toe as we sat in the van waiting for the rain to subside to head back to Canton. We did get a little wet but it wasn't bad. So I am glad the rain held off. We were lucky.

Alec loved the game, as always, and Mikayla did really, really well....despite the muggy air and hot temps. Here are some pics from Mikayla's first trip to the see the Indians.

See those eyes...those are SCARED eyes. This was taken right after the fireworks went off and she was NOT happy about it AT ALL. So now I know that Fireworks on July 4th might NOT be in the plans this year for her!
