Birthday Theme and other stuff...

Oh MY did we EVER have a stormy night here! They said earlier today that it was going to get bad and they sure were right about that!! It stormed here for HOURS tonight and it got really bad. We got some major hail and since our garage is packed full of "home improvement projects not yet finished" we can't park our cars in the garage. I will assess the van tomorrow...I don't really care about the Sheriff's Cruiser (Sorry Stark County)...LOL...but I am hoping that our van didn't get hit too bad. Kris and Alec were at softball practice (for Kris) and he called to say he was coming home RIGHT in the middle of the WORST of it. He said cars were all over the place due to the high water on roads that typically do NOT flood. I was glad when they pulled in the driveway. But Alec was DIR-TY from playing in the dirt with his friends and I couldn't give him a bath because of all the lightning. YUCK. I wiped him down with baby wipes. LOL.

I put Mikayla to bed and an hour later she woke up ready to PLAY! Kris brought her downstairs and Alec thought it was great so BOTH the kids were up until 10:00 PM! Both are now sleeping though. I took some pictures of the "late night party."

OK...now SOMEONE please BAN me from Gymboree. I can't get enough. The UPS guy even commented that I am keeping him in business today with all my "packages." I can't help it. They have been running good sales online and I love a sale and I especially LOVE Gymboree. I know I can't possibly be alone. They have the cutest clothes ever!

So this is the birthday theme. I love it. I can only get it online though which STINKS. But whatever...I want it so I am getting it. Now...if only I knew WHERE I was having the party!
